ABOUT
Ingunn Birkeland designs collections under the brand INGUNN BIRKELAND OSLO. Each collection contains showpieces with extremely time-consuming and detailed techniques. The artistic expressions are central to the work, and one dress alone may contain up to 90 000 pearls. In addition, Birkeland designs and produces tailored dresses for red carpet occasions, parties and weddings.
Ingunn Birkeland grew up in Oslo and Sandøya in Norway. She has a Masters degree from the Oslo National Academy of the Arts, and has designed clothing under the brand INGUNN BIRKELAND OSLO since January 2005.
